Thompson, who started his first business in high school, discusses how T&T Creative Group evolved from web development into a full-scale media company. The two leaders discuss the importance of having a "whatever it takes attitude" and a "business first, company first, yourself second" mindset in leadership. Thompson shares his strategy for leading creative teams, focusing on presenting the problem and asking for their input rather than directing them on how to design or develop.
Thompson's most important advice for leaders is that trust is everything, which he breaks down into two non-negotiables: performance and integrity.
